The White Pass Village Inn offers guests a unique mountain lodging experience! Built in 1965 to accommodate skiers and mountain enthusiasts, our Inn is a classic all wood structure with small cozy units, each individually owned and decorated.   

All rooms include: private bathroom, balcony, mountain views, storage for skis, equipped kitchenette, and linens. Sleeping configurations vary widely.  Our friendly staff will be glad to assist you in selecting a unit that will meet your sleeping preferences.

There are three categories of units:  STUDIO, STANDARD, AND DELUXE.

Studio Unit (1 floorplan option)
1. Studio Unit (Sleeps 1-4)
 A Studio Unit is a small "all in one" room.  Most have a Queen size bed and include a sofa sleeper or bunkbeds in the same room.  

Standard Units (3 floorplan options)
1. Standard One Bedroom  (Sleeps 4-6)
2. Standard Studio with Sleeping Loft   (Sleeps 4-6)
3. Standard One Bedroom with Sleeping Loft (Sleeps 6-8)

Standard Units all have a living/kitchen area that is about the same size as a studio unit with the addition of a small bedroom, or sleeping loft, or both. The living area typically has a sofa sleeper, and the bedroom typically has a double or queen bed and a set of bunkbeds.  Sleeping lofts vary in configuration and are accessed by a vertical ladder.

Deluxe Units (4 floorplan options)
1. Deluxe One Bedroom (sleeps 4-6)
2. Deluxe Studio with Sleeping Loft (sleeps 4-6)
3. Deluxe One Bedroom with Sleeping Loft (sleeps 6-8)
4. Deluxe One Bedroom (sleeps 6-8)

Deluxe units are well-appointed updated units. Some have a fireplace or woodstove. Deluxe units usually have larger appliances, additional counter space, and dishwashers. If you like to gourmet cook and entertain, these units are for you!  The living/kitchen area is still about the same size as a studio unit with the addition of a small bedroom, or sleeping loft, or both. The living areas have a sofa sleeper, and the bedroom typically has a double or queen bed and a set of bunkbeds.  Sleeping lofts in Deluxe units are typically accessed by a set of stairs or an angled ladder and vary in sleeping configurations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
> Check in time is 4PM. Earlier Occupancy subject to availability.
> Check out time is 11:00 AM
> A late check out may be available. If you would like to stay late, we have a 25.00 charge to check out by 2PM. Sorry, This is not available during holiday periods.
> Units are limited to posted occupancy.
> The Village Inn has a NO Pets Policy for guests.

GENERAL POLICIES:
Check-in begins at 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Early Check-In subject to availability.  Please come to the Village Inn office to register and pick up your Unit keys. Check-out time is 11 am on the date of your departure. Please return your keys to the Village Inn office upon departure. Late checkout may be accommodated based on availability, additional fee may apply.

The primary registered Guest is responsible for any expenses that occur during the rental agreement dates including but not limited to loss and damages, accident or injury to person, or loss sustained while visiting the Unit. Please leave the Unit in the same general condition as you found it.   Any charges for damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the Security Deposit Credit Card on file.

The Village Inn Guest policy does not allow pets.  All pets and animals are strictly prohibited. If Management discovers that a pet has been in a Unit, a $350.00 fee for pest control, deep cleaning, and damages may be charged to the Security Deposit Credit Card on file.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please understand that Guests and Owners may occupy Units above and below you and that sounds travel easily. Monitor voices, music, running feet and other noises that may intrude on the experience of others.

The Village Inn Management reserves the right to terminate a rental or reservation with no refund if any Village Inn Guest rules have been violated. Nightly occupancy cannot exceed the rated capacity of the unit.

The Village Inn reserves the right to enter the Unit without Guest permission if the need arises. We will make every attempt to contact the Guest to inform of the purpose and duration of time we will be in the Unit.

The White Pass Village Inn and its individual homeowners disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage. The White Pass Village Inn will be held harmless from claims arising out of use of any Unit.
