Winter Season Reservations:
Reservation requests are accepted beginning September 9 of each year for the upcoming winter season. Confirmations for dates in November and December are mailed mid October. Confirmations for January are mailed mid November. Confirmations for February are mailed mid December. Confirmations for March are mailed mid January. Because the units are individually owned, they are subject to availability based on owners' usage.
A one night deposit per room is required for guaranteed reservations.

Friday & Saturday nights stay required on weekends. Holidays have longer minimums. Two night, midweek lift and lodging package is Sunday – Thursday, non-holiday, excluding (Feb 15-19, 2010) *Holiday rates apply (Dec. 18 – Jan. 2), (Jan. 15-18), (Feb. 12-15)
Summer season:
Summer rates apply May 1-Oct. 31 Friday & Saturday night stay not required as in winter season. Drop-ins always welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival: $20.00 processing fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: deposit is forfeited, all remaining days released.
