You are welcome to email us for general information; we ask that reservations and questions on specific room details be done by phone only. Please call:  509-672-3131. Reservation Hours 9:00AM to 8:00PM PST.

Winter Season Reservations:
Reservation requests are accepted beginning September 9 of each year for the upcoming winter season. Confirmations for dates in November and December are mailed mid October. Confirmations for January are mailed mid November. Confirmations for February are mailed mid December. Confirmations for March are mailed mid January. Because the units are individually owned, they are subject to availability based on owners' usage.

A one night deposit per room is required for guaranteed reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival: $20.00 processing fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: deposit is forfeited, all remaining days released.

Sorry, No refunds due to weather.
